Small Terms of Service (ToS):
1a. By ordering keychains, I reserve the right to sell the product in my own store. If you don't allow it, let me know!1b. In case the customer does not allow the appearance of keychains with their own character in our store, it will only be listed as an existing design, but no one else can purchase it without the customer's permission. In that case, the entire minimum order quantity (20 pieces) will be sent to the customer. It is forbidden to sell your own keychains even as a private project.2. When placing an order, the customer gets 10 pieces for themselves! If you’d like to get more than ten, the price of an order will slightly increase!

1.8€/ per couple keychains (A5)
Remaining keychains from the production batch will be sold in my store :) (with a renewable offer option).
When they are sold out, I will order new ones and they can still be purchased.3. Each keychain I make has its own labeling (e.g., Surplus #001, JVR Julian #002, etc.), and will be listed as available for purchase.4a. When creating such a project, I can order a minimum of 20 pieces of the same design. These are standard procedures, and I have no control over them. same goes for costs~! (Just so you know, I only receive 10€ for the artwork itself).

If the customer would only like the artwork (full-body chibi in keychain style) itself, the price will be 10€.5. You can restock your keychains in the future, no need to claim for a slot! ~The size and type of the keychain pendant are optional and can be customized according to the customer's needs. Ask me about available customization options!

~The completion time for your order, including shipping, ranges from 5 weeks to 3 months. I release new keychains to my store in batches (10-15 new templates) once 3/4 months.

☆Terms of service ☆
~ To commission me, simply DM me on any social media and I'll tell you the date of my upcoming commissions opening. Although they're always announced on official Instagram and telegram profiles.
If you follow me on telegram channel, the date should be pinned as the very first message with other important information to follow when commissioning me :)

~ After payment, I do not accept returns!

~ Every keychain design is made as a flat color chibi art of your character. You get both simple background and no background versions

~I accept upfront payment via Paypal, Revolut or bank transfer (BLIK)

~If I notify you that it's time to pay up, you have 2 weeks to pay the price that we agreed on for the art you comissioned.

~ I will make minor changes, I will not add anything unless you had told me before and I forgot. Do not get mad at me if I won’t go back and change/add anything

~You may only repost the art if you own the character & provide proper credit!

~ I always send you wips to make sure I got everything right,
But If I did something wrong in your commission (mistakes on the coloring / character markings / etc) don't be afraid on asking me for changes, I'll be glad to fix it! No need to pay extra for changes :)Although, if your art piece is almost done (for example done lineart or coloring), I won't go back to change something which is connected with sketching phase (pose changes and basic stuff). That's why I ALWAYS SEND WIPS OF EACH STAGE

~ Couple character keychains are +5€ to the final price as well as other color versions of your design

~I can refuse to continue the work on the comission due to the misbehavior of the client towards me or lack of respect (e.g. insulting, rude messages, mocking, SPAM).
After refuse, I return amount equal to the part of the unfinished order
Remember, that I'm taking my time especially for you to draw everything as good as I can! ^^

~It may take me around some days to a week or even months to finish your commission, I request you to be patient. Waiting time is behind my control since it depends on my manufacturers work and shipping time.

~TURNAROUND TIME ~
I work with my manufacturer, so the production process is outside my direct control, but it usually takes around 1.5 months. I place an order for each batch every 3–4 months. Therefore, it is important that everything needs to be planned at least 2 months in advance.

By choosing to collaborate, you agree to the Terms of Service below.~While I specialize in acrylic keychains, I can also create a wide range of artwork adapted for different merchandise. Including badges, stickers, posters,
T-shirts, tote bags, and various promotional or display material!~ You may set and sell the merchandise at any price you choose, with full freedom regarding your pricing strategy
~ I do not allow editing, modification, or adding any additional elements to the design (see example on the left). All artwork is carefully finalized and prepared specifically for DIRECT production, meaning it is ready to be used on merchandise without any further adjustments or redesign.
~ I will actively promote your event on my social media channels, including Telegram and Instagram
~ Please credit me when sharing your artpiece!
~ I am open to both one-time and long-term collaborations, depending on your needs and the scale of the project
~ If a convention or organizer is interested in collaboration, I will provide all necessary information regarding ordering procedures, deadlines, file preparation, and production workflow to ensure a smooth process from concept to final product :)~ WORKING PROCESS ~
~ I provide work-in-progress updates at every stage. This includes concept development, sketching, lineart, and coloring. This allows for continuous feedback and ensures the final result meets your expectations.
~ Shipping for acrylic charms, and display materials is included free of charge. The standard display setup includes an acrylic stand with a hooks designed for a clean and professional presentation, though alternative display options can also be arranged for the needs of the project or event ^^
~Please keep in mind that I specialize in making acrylic charms as physical merchandise. If you need any other type of merch to be made with your design, I can recommend trusted manufacturers to make them for you!
